OptiSpray

In Best Fuel OptiSpray™, a surfactant is added that provides smaller droplet size, which allows OptiSpray™ to distribute better in the catalyst and purify effectively even at low temperatures. This prevents OptiSpray™ from crystallization and deposits in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems in vehicles and mobile machinery, and downtime for these engines can be reduced. OptiSpray™ freezes at -11.5°C and should therefore be stored at temperatures above -11.5°C. It should also be protected from direct sunlight as it can separate from excessive heat and after that it becomes unusable. Shelf life is 1 year from the production date.

Best Fuel OptiSpray™ is based on a 32.5% urea solution of high purity and complies with the specific purity criteria for AdBlue® according to the ISO 22241 standard. OptiSpray™ is used instead of AdBlue®, with which it is fully compatible. OptiSpray™ is particularly useful where heavy machinery operates at low engine speeds under light load and with frequent starts and stops. When the catalytic converter does not reach the proper operating temperature, crystals form that eventually clog the catalytic converter with crystal-like cakes. After some time, the machine risks going into limp mode (idle mode) and must be taken to a workshop for catalytic converter repair. Best Fuel OptiSpray™ prevents this problem. OptiSpray™ is filled into a separate tank on the vehicle and must never be mixed with diesel fuel.
