Product description

Hagmans Marine Filler is a 2-component, very easy-to-sand polyester filler for marine use.
Area of application

Repairs cracks and small holes in fiberglass reinforced plastic, steel, aluminum, wood, etc.
For use above the waterline.

Mixing ratio

Comp. A is mixed with 2-3% comp. B until a homogeneous color is obtained. Do not overdose! The best working temperature is +20°C. Mix for a maximum of 5 minutes of consumption.
Pretreatment

The surface must be clean, dry, and sanded. In case of rust damage, the surface should be sanded clean. Degrease the surface with silicone remover before and after sanding.
Application

Apply in thin layers with a steel or rubber spatula. Tools are cleaned with thinner. After about 15 minutes, the surface can be sanded smooth with 120 grit. Finish with 180 grit or finer to avoid sanding marks.
