Steel Plastic Quick Filler is a one-component acrylic filler in a convenient tube with a short drying time.
The filler is fast-drying, smooth, dense, and easy to sand. -
Area of application
The quick filler is primarily intended for fine filling in connection with varnishing work, but can also be used for filling smaller scratches and other minor damages that occur in building painting, kitchen cabinets, and interiors, etc.

Pretreatment
The surface to be puttied must be well cleaned.
Clean metal should be primed with rust protection primer, for example Stålplast Primer CA or Rostskyddsgrund 1K. Previously painted surfaces or wood do not need to be primed.
For larger adjustments/fillings, one of Hagmans polyester putties is recommended, Stålplast Fine, Micro or Flexible. -
Application
Apply Steel Plastic Quick Putty in thin layers with a putty knife or equivalent. Let dry for 10-15 minutes before sanding. Use sandpaper P-320 or finer when sanding to avoid sanding scratches in the subsequent paint layer.
