1 kg Thick film lacquer EP + 1 kg pigment is enough for approx. 6.5 m2.

Together with Hagmans Tockfilmslack EP, the pigment gives a luminous color/varnish that is used, for example, when painting lines for escape routes. The pigment is charged by natural or artificial lighting and then glows with a yellowish glow in the dark, making it easy to find in an emergency. The surface must be well cleaned and dry. Prime with Golvfärg 1K white or Golvfärg EP-V white to get a completely white base, as a rule two coats of the white color are required. Mix Thick film varnish EP A and B comp thoroughly. Then stir in the pigment and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture. Mix equal parts by weight of pigment and varnish, i.e. 1 kg of pigment is added to 1 kg of thick film varnish. Apply with a brush or felt rollers in one or two layers. The advantage of adding two layers is that it provides a more even distribution of the luminous pigment, this in order to obtain maximum lighting effect. Please note that the paint/varnish is and must be transparent. When the color is fully charged, it shines with a strength of approx. 1.2 cd. The color glows for a few hours in the dark but the effect gradually fades so that it glows fainter and fainter. After an hour, it shines with a strength of approx. 0.06 cd.
