Instructions for use
Mixing: Comp. A: 1 volume part
Ratio: Comp. B: 1 volume part
Mixture: Equal volume parts are mixed thoroughly until a uniform gray color tone is achieved. Small amounts, up to about 1 kg, can be mixed by hand with a rectangular stirring stick. Larger amounts should be mixed with an electric or compressed air-driven machine mixer, e.g., a low-speed drill with a suitable mixing paddle. Splash protection is recommended. -
Pretreatment
The concrete shall be dry and free from dirt, oil, or similar. The cement layer shall be removed by, for example, grinding, blasting, or acid washing. When filling on previously painted surfaces, the surface shall be matte-sanded and all loosely adhering paint removed. For other surfaces, they shall be dry and free from grease, oil, and dirt. Very porous materials should be primed with Hagmans Primer EP.
-
Application
Apply with a steel or rubber spatula. After about 3 hours of curing, the putty can be smoothed with a damp tool, which facilitates sanding. After this time, our other epoxy products can also be applied. Tools are cleaned with Hagmans Cellulose Thinner or thinner.
