Spray 2K Pro

A 2-component system with topcoat in RAL colors for surfaces that need to withstand more. Provides an extremely durable and scratch-resistant finish with very high resistance to chemicals, gasoline, and weather. Developed for long-lasting protection and sustainable results both indoors and outdoors.

The can is a 2-component product that requires activation before use. The can has 8 hours of working time after activation.

Galvanized steel (hot-dip galvanized, strip galvanized, or electro-galvanized, cleaned and sanded)

Many plastics including reinforced plastic, PVC, ABS. (Always test on a test surface or hidden area before applying to objects to be painted.) Apply on cleaned and sanded surfaces. For best adhesion, use a plastic primer.
Do not apply on PE and acrylic glass.
Polystyrene. Application on pre-painted materials (test paint first).
Old paint and factory-painted surfaces (cleaned and sanded)
Suitable on wood substrates (cleaned and sanded)
Glass, ceramics (cleaned)

We recommend Hagmans 2K Pro Epoxy Primer red-brown to achieve best results and corrosion resistance.

Use protective equipment in the form of a respirator, gloves, and safety goggles

– Shake the can for at least 2 minutes from the moment you hear the mixing balls inside the can.
- Remove the white button from the lid and turn the can 180° upside down and place the white button on the pin underneath the can.
- Turn the can back and place it on a stable surface. Press the bottle down onto the white button with your palm until it clicks into place.
- Shake the can again for at least 2 minutes from the moment the mixing balls are heard.
- Let the can rest for 15 minutes.
- Remove the safety lock by taking off the spray nozzle and using a flat screwdriver.

Generally: The surface must be dry and free from grease and dust, and all rust must be removed.

Test the compatibility with the substrate through a test spraying.

Spray at a distance of 15-25 cm. Apply 2-3 coats of paint with a 10-15 minute waiting time between coats. (Dry film thickness 40-60 μm)

8 hours of use time after activation of the 2-component.

Dust dry in 20 minutes.
Dry to touch after two hours.
Times may vary depending on temperature and layer thickness.
Optimal application at 18° C – 25° C and a relative humidity of 40-50%.
