Product description
Waterborne varnish for the isolation of knots on wooden panels and moldings to be painted over. Prevents knots and resin-rich wood from bleeding through and discoloring the subsequent layer of paint or varnish. Can be overpainted with water- or solvent-based primers and interior paints. -
Area of application
For wood that contains knots and that will be painted over with opaque paint.

Stir well.
1. Ensure that the surface to be varnished, i.e., the knot, is clean. Remove large resin deposits with a knife/heat gun and then fill. Wash away smaller deposits with methylated spirits.
2. Apply Landora Knot Varnish generously at least 2 times.
Tip: The more thin layers, the better protection against bleed-through. -
After painting
: Leftover paint must not be poured into the drain. Leave paint residues, packaging, and cleaning fluid from cleaning tools at your local recycling center/environmental station.
