Steel rim (cleaned, sanded, and primed) Aluminum rim (cleaned, sanded, primed) Old paint and factory paint (cleaned and sanded) Or primed with: SprayMax® 2K Wash Primer 680029 + 2K SprayMax® Acrylic Filler 680036, or SprayMax® 1K Acrylic Filler 680280-680282 The damaged area must be dry and free from grease and dust, and all rust must be removed.

2–3 spray layers, about 10 µm each. Ventilation time: about 5 minutes between each spray layer.

TG1 dust dry: 5 min TG5 ready for assembly: 30 min Final drying time: approx. 3 h / 20° C The specified values refer to the aforementioned processing conditions. The degree of dryness is determined according to DIN 53150
