Product description

1-component fast-curing UV putty. Ready to use directly without hardener, smooth dosing from the tube. Filltec UV putty is extremely fast-curing and very easy to sand, while no pores or shrinkage/sagging occur. When the putty is exposed to a UV light lamp, it cures in just 10–45 seconds, depending on the thickness of the layer applied to the object. This provides a significant time saving compared to traditional putty.
The filler is styrene-free and has a low inherent smell, which reduces discomfort for the user and contributes to a more pleasant working environment.

Two specialized variants with customizable features
• UV-Putty Glaze: This variant has an amazing self-leveling flow capability, which makes it ideal for filling micro-holes and creating a smooth surface.
• UV-Putty Fine: More like a classic polyester putty in consistency, this variant is somewhat more stable and heavier, perfect for minor damages and adjusting unevenness.
Both variants are mixable, giving the user the ability to adjust the consistency according to their own preferences.

Filltec UV putty offers excellent adhesion on various surfaces such as steel, aluminum, wood, and plastic, and is designed to meet the highest standards in workshops and specialty trade.
Area of application

Minor damages and adjustment of irregularities, apply a maximum of 1 mm per drying. The filler has good adhesion on surfaces such as steel, aluminum, wood, and plastic.

Instructions for use

-Drying:
Cure with UV curing lamp. The curing time depends on the lamp's power,
exposure distance, and the thickness of the layer.
(10-45 seconds with Trisk-DeVilbiss UV Lamp). We recommend Trisk-DeVilbiss UV Lamp.
Mixing ratio

Single-component. Both the Fine and Glaze variants are mixable, giving the user the ability to adjust the consistency according to their own preferences.
Pretreatment

The surface should be degreased, sanded, and dust-free.
Application

With any putty knife.
After treatment

After curing, a thin wax layer forms on the surface. This is completely normal and can be easily removed by sanding or with designated UV cleaning before further treatment.
- Simple sanding with P180-240-320-400.
- Several thin layers can be applied directly after each other.
- The filler does not sink after drying.
