Application
  • Before painting

Always start by reading through the instructions on the paint can and remember to be meticulous from the beginning. Good tools and careful preparation are the prerequisites for a successful painting result. Stir the paint well from the bottom before you start painting. Room and surface temperature are also important for the final result. Do not paint if it is colder than +5°C. The surface must be clean, dry, and firm. Scrape off old loose paint. Sand and wash previously painted surfaces with Painter's soap and rinse with water. Remember to protect floors and furniture properly before you start painting.

  • Painting

Untreated wood is primed with Snickerigrund. Allow to dry thoroughly before sanding with sandpaper to remove raised fibers. Apply 1–2 more coats, with intermediate sanding, to achieve a smooth and even surface. Be careful to remove all dust before the final coat. On doors and other larger surfaces, the paint can advantageously be rolled with a felt roller before finishing with a varnish brush for a perfect surface.

  • After painting

Wipe the tools thoroughly before cleaning them in water. Seal the can tightly after use and keep out of reach of children. Liquid paint residues should not be poured into the drain but taken to the local recycling center.
