Carosol Bodyspray

Hagmans Body Spray is an acrylic-based rust and stone chip protection.

Hagmans Bodyspray is intended for the car's door sills, fender edges, front and rear panels, etc. It withstands gasoline and washing with cold degreasing agents and can be overpainted with most paint systems available on the market.

Hold the spray can upright at a distance of 25-40 cm while spraying and move it at a steady speed from side to side. To avoid dripping, spray relatively thinly 2-3 times and let it dry for about 30-45 seconds between coats. Any splashes should be removed immediately with, for example, varnish thinner. After finishing spraying, turn the can upside down, then press the nozzle until only propellant comes out. This is to prevent clogging. The normal layer thickness is 100-300 micrometers, which corresponds to 1-3 dl/m². Recoatable after about 15-20 minutes. The drying time is approximately 15 minutes.

Surfaces to be treated must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, grease, oil, rust, and the like.
Bare metal surfaces are treated with Hagmans Rust Protection Primer 1K or Etch Primer in spray, other surfaces are dulled down, wash bare metal and dulled surfaces with silicone remover before application. Some other clean primers may cause problems when overpainted and should be coated before Body is applied.
Cover adjacent surfaces.
Shake the can for 2 minutes after the balls have started rattling.
