Product description

Carosol TO3 consists of bitumen and oil. Due to its low viscosity, it has very good penetration ability into cracks, hidden pockets between sheet metal and beams, cavities, threshold boxes, etc.
This product is tested and approved according to the Swedish standard SIS 18 65 11.
Area of application

Hagmans Thin-Flowing Rust Protector is advantageously used as a primer for Hagmans Thick-Flowing Rust Protector. Other suitable areas of use are inside doors, beams, door posts, etc., as well as on machine parts, tools, implements, etc.

Instructions for use

This rust protection does not damage the paint, but if any of the contents get on the paint during spraying, it should be removed with paint thinner or cold degreasing. Normal film thickness is 50-100 μm, which corresponds to 0.5-1 dl/m². Dries to a sticky surface (e.g., on a flat metal surface) after about 4-6 hours.
Pretreatment

Surfaces to be treated should be well cleaned and dry. Shake the can/bottle well before starting application. Ensure good ventilation!
Application

1 Liters – The product is applied with a suction gun (air pressure about 3 kg) directly from the 1-liter container or with a brush.
Spray use – Hold the bottle at a distance of 20-40 cm.
Move it back and forth during spraying until a continuous film is obtained.
