Hagmans Dust Binder 1K is a colorless, waterborne, acrylic-based dust binder/primer for concrete and other absorbent mineral substrates. (Note! Not for steel-troweled concrete floors.

Hagmans Dust Binding 1K is primarily intended for dust binding of concrete floors and walls, where it also provides reinforcement of the surface. It can also be used as a primer when painting with Floor Paint 1K and Floor Paint 1K Garage on clean concrete, e.g., garages, balconies, or stairs, in order to increase adhesion and further strengthen the surface.

New concrete must have cured for at least 1 week, be dry and free from dirt, oil, and the like. The cement layer shall be removed by, for example, diamond grinding or acid washing.

Turn off any underfloor heating before application. Apply in one layer with a brush, roller, or low-pressure spray. Ensure good ventilation. At humidity above 85%, a dull and streaky surface may occur. Brushes and other equipment are cleaned with water. Do not treat surfaces that have a temperature below +5°C.
