Product description
Landora Construction and Sanitary Silicone is excellent for sealing around, for example, sinks, bathtubs, basins, and tiled walls, where you want to prevent mold growth. It is used for elastic sealing in wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. It works both indoors and outdoors and on most commonly used building materials. After curing, Landora Construction and Sanitary Silicone is durable, elastic, color- and weather-resistant, and resistant to water and washing. It can withstand joint movements of up to 25% and is mold-resistant according to ISO846 A+B.

Cleaning
Uncured sealant is cleaned with acetone. Cured sealant is cleaned mechanically. Hands and skin are cleaned with water and soap.

Drying time
Drying time at 20°C: Skin formation approximately 5-15 minutes. Fully cured after about two days

Shelf life
12 months in an unopened package.

Instructions for use
The substrate must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants. Porous surfaces may require primer. Sealing should not be done below +5 °C. Before use, it is recommended to test adhesion. Always perform a joint test.
