Product description
Floor coating HP Plus is a 2-component, solvent-free epoxy coating that is used for 2-3 mm self-leveling and 4-6 mm high-filled coatings. It is also suitable for sloped construction and very strong repairs of concrete floors. -
Area of application
The product is primarily intended for concrete and cement floors. Self-leveling coating is used as a wear-resistant, chemical-resistant coating with a high-gloss smooth surface. A high-filled coating is used as a very wear-resistant leveling compound with high moisture resistance. Often topped with HP Self-Leveling to obtain an easy-to-clean surface. The high-filled coating is top-coated twice with Floor Paint EP-V to maintain a diffusion-open surface.

Pretreatment
New concrete floors shall cure for at least 3 weeks and be dry before the flooring work begins.
The cement skin is removed by diamond grinding, blasting, or milling. Existing floors are thoroughly cleaned by washing before blasting or milling is done.
Priming with Häftprimer EP or Snabbprimer EP is always carried out before the flooring is applied. -
Application
First, mix the A and B components thoroughly and then add the filler and sand, respectively. For High-Filled, a forced-action mixer is used.
Self-Leveling:
The mixed mass is poured onto the floor and spread with a pin rake or steel trowel and then rolled with a needle roller.
High-Filled:
The mixed mass is distributed with a dosing box and smoothed with a special smoothing machine. Smaller areas are applied with a steel trowel.
