Hagmans Wheel Tracks, together with Hagmans Floor Paint Garage, create a durable and chemical-resistant surface in the garage. Hagmans Wheel Tracks are sold in a complete box consisting of Hagmans Color Sand and Hagmans Thick Film Varnish EP, as well as sandpaper and tape. The contents of the box are calculated to be enough for 2 wheel tracks that are 0.4 m wide and 5 m long.

When the preparation work is completed and the floor is painted with Hagmans Floor Paint Garage, 2 wheel tracks should be taped off. If more than 24 hours have passed since the floor was painted, the wheel tracks should be roughened with sandpaper. Then mix one can of Hagmans Thick Film Varnish EP Part A with Part B and varnish the wheel tracks.
Sprinkle sand into the wet varnish.
Material consumption approx. 3-4 kg/wheel track.
Allow the varnish to cure.
Sand the wheel tracks with sandpaper and vacuum up the excess sand.
Material consumption approx. 0.4 kg/wheel track.
Mix Hagmans Thick Film Varnish EP Part A with Part B and topcoat over the sand.
Material consumption approx. 0.8 kg/wheel track.
Allow the varnish to cure.
Drying time at +15°C approx. 15 hours.
The floor reaches full abrasion resistance and chemical resistance after 5-7 days. The minimum floor temperature to use Hagmans Floor Paint Garage and Wheel Tracks is +10°C.
NOTE, mixed Part A and Part B Thick Film Varnish EP cannot be used after 30 minutes.
